James H Wolf

James H. Wolf, 84, of Chicago, passed away on March 9, 2026. He was the beloved husband of the late Mary Jill Wolf, née Burke.

A gifted trial attorney, James was a dedicated member of St. Mary of the Woods Parish for many years. He is survived by his loving children, Jamie (Anne-Marie) Wolf, Caroline (Tom) Mansour, John Wolf, Katharine (Thomas “Ben”) Dunn, Daniel (Katie) Wolf, and Edward Wolf, and his cherished grandchildren, Nora, Joseph, Emma, Burke, Ava, Olivia, Jack, Nolan, Charlotte, Rory, Jim, and Marty. He was a fond uncle, brother-in-law, and friend to many.

James was preceded in death by his wife Mary Jill, his parents Herbert and Catherine, and his brother William, who died in infancy.
