James E. Harvell, Jr.

James E. Harvell, Jr. was born on February 8, 1956, to James E. Harvell, Sr. and Ruth J. Conner Harvell, both of whom preceded him in death, along with his brother Willie Brown.

He is survived by his brothers Raymond (Dot) Conner and David Harvell, and his sister Maggie Harvell McNabb, as well as several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

James served in the military for 18 years before retiring. He later worked in retail for approximately 10 to 12 years. He enjoyed reading and following sports, particularly the Tennessee Volunteers, Green Bay Packers, and Atlanta Braves.

He will be deeply missed by his family. The family extends heartfelt thanks to the staff at Fresenius Kidney Care, the SCATS drivers who provided transportation, the team at Vanderbilt Hospital, and his special friends Tom Hoover, Lisa Choate, and Karen Evans.
