James Claude Terrell

He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernell Terrell and Elizabeth Terrell; his wife Pamela Medlin Terrell; his grandson PJ Ezell; his siblings, Patricia Ann Terrell, Larry Terrell, Eugene Terrell and Mark Terrell; and his cousin Geryl Terrell.

He is survived by: his pets, Smokey and Worm; his children, Philip Ezell, Sr. (Ginger) of Timberlake, NC, Robert Ezell (Tracy) of Hillsborough, NC, James Ezell of Goldsboro, NC, Chris Melton (Nicky) of Hillsborough, NC and Danielle Rogers (John); his grandchildren, Alexis Ezell, Quentin Mascari (Leighton), Ashlyn Uselton (Steven), Daniel Chapman (Anna), Corey Cates, Haley Ezell (Nate), Valene Ezell, Rachel Ezell, Johnny Rogers, Jonah Melton and Mason Melton; and his great grandchildren, Devon, Knoxx, Aubrey, Paisley and Emersyn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Walker's Funeral Home (204 N Churton St, Hillsborough, NC 27278). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Hillsborough Town Cemetery (115 E Corbin St, Hillsborough, NC 27278).
