James “Jimmy” Allala was born on February 17, 1955, in Stockton, California, and passed away on March 5, 2026. He spent his early childhood in Stockton before moving at the age of 16. Jimmy attended Banning High School and graduated in 1974. Soon afterward, he settled in Venice Beach, California, where he worked as a personal assistant until his retirement.
Jimmy found happiness in life’s simple pleasures. He cherished his Scottish Terriers, each one affectionately named “Fella.” He also enjoyed traveling, hosting dinner parties, and sharing quiet moments with friends and family, creating many lasting memories with those he held dear.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Teresa Ayala, his brother Joe “JR” Ayala, and his niece Mona Ayala. Jimmy is survived by his brother Steve Ayala, his nieces Joanna Ayala, Kristi Ayala, Rosa Ayala, and Melisa Ayala, and a host of great-nieces and great-nephews who will always cherish his memory.
He will be remembered for his warm spirit, his love of companionship, and the quiet joy he brought to everyone around him. Jimmy will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
