It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jada Ann Smith of Ashland, Ohio, who passed away on March 6, 2026, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Darl and Betty Lou Day (Wagner); her husband Raymond A. "Tony" Smith; her daughter Shannon Marie Day; and her brother Alan Day.

She is survived by: her daughters, Andrea Treece and Kirsten Kahl (Adam); her siblings, Karen Brady (Ricky) and Randy Day (Sandra); her sister-in-law Michelle Day; Roberta Young. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 4th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Am Vets Post (414 Perry Township Rd, Polk, OH 44866).
