Jacquelyne Theresa Fouhy

Jacquelyne Theresa Fouhy, 69, died March 11, 2026.

Born in New Hyde Park, New York, to the late James F., Jr. and Katherine Fouhy, she was a graduate of Middletown High School. She went on to attend Mt. Ida college and worked in medical coding. Jacquelyne spent most of her career working at Ft. Monmouth until her retirement in 2011.

She had a love of animals that was unsurpassed, especially for her dog Delilah who met her on the rainbow bridge. Jacquelyne always had a sense of humor that could make anyone laugh even in the hardest of times. She had an artistic flair for decorating and crafts and loved blues music.

Jacquelyne’s sudden death enabled her to give the gift of life through organ and tissue donation; a legacy by improving the lives of others.

She was preceded in death by her dear brother, James F. Fouhy, III.

Surviving are her loving sister Jeri Fouhy and her dog Honey Bun who brought her joy, as well as her extended family and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to St. Huberts Animal Welfare Center.
