Born on November 16, 1961, in White Plains, New York, Jacqueline was the beloved daughter of Annie C. Hilliard and the late William Herman Hilliard Sr.Jacqueline grew up in West Harrison and graduated from White Plains High School before continuing her education at S.U.N.Y. Oswego. Her intelligence and forward-thinking nature guided her through a successful career at HydroChic, an e-commerce company based in New Rochelle. When the company relocated to New Jersey, Jacqueline continued her work there with dedication and adaptability.A devoted mother to her two sons, William Bernard Hilliard and Justin Lig Hilliard of New Rochelle, Jacqueline cherished her role as a parent above all else. She was also a loving daughter to her mother Annie C. Hilliard of Rye, New York, a caring sister to Geneva M. Hilliard of Highland, New York and understand and enduring aunte to her nephew Saxon Combs. Jacqueline was preceded in death by her father, William Herman Hilliard Sr., and her brother, William Herman Hilliard Jr.Jacqueline found joy in life's simple pleasures. She loved watching sports, reading, taking peaceful walks, and ending her days by watching the sun set over the Long Island Sound. Her compassionate spirit and non-materialistic outlook made her a beacon of kindness to those who knew her.
