Jackie “Jack” Lee Rogers, 68, of Denver, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Born on September 13, 1957, in Peru, Indiana, to Canie Rogers and Agnes (Sizemore) Fouts, Jack married Sherry (Timmons) Rogers in 1977. Together they raised three children. An avid outdoorsman, he found joy in fishing, hunting, and working on the farm. He also cherished classic cars and tractors, loved listening to music, and was always ready to lend a helping hand to family or friends. Above all, Jack treasured time spent with his loved ones; his grandchildren were the center of his world.

He is survived by his children, Jarrod Rogers (Tabitha) of Peru, Indiana, Amber Howell (David) of Bunker Hill, Indiana, and Felicia Sutton of Peru, Indiana; seven grandchildren, Austin, Kelsey, Madison, Dalton, Taylon, Annie, and Athena; and two great-grandchildren, Nolan and Maverick. Also surviving are his sisters, Lois “Jean” McCoy of Connersville, Indiana, Marcia Rogers of Stanton, Kentucky, and Carrie “Sue” Townsend (Bob) of Peru, Indiana, as well as the mother of his children, Sherry Rogers.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents and by his brothers, Larry Campbell, Sherman Rogers, Banford Rogers, and Sherrill Rogers, and his sisters, Verlene Rogers, Linda Morecraft, and Brenda Baldwin.
