He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles O. Dizmang Sr. and Beulah E. Ingraham Dizmang Kennady; his wife Margit; his son Michael; and his brothers, Charles Jr. and Jimmie.

He is survived by: his daughter Heidi Rogers; his grandchildren, Spencer of Raleigh, NC, Hunter of Raleigh, NC and Kelcey Rogers of Raleigh, NC; and his siblings, Bernida Paramore of McPherson, KS, Lillian Swartz (Richard) of Sharon Springs, KS, Ronnie Dizmang (Kathy) of La Junta, CO., Bob Dizmang of Wichita, KS, Harold Dizmang (Francis) of Garden City, KS and Donnie Dizmang of Nickerson, KS. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Leoti Cemetery.
