He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeff Taylor Williams and Flora Ann Williams (Neal). He is survived by: his wife Betty Williams (Bush); his children, Jerry Williams (Carol) and Pam Williams Lewis (Scotty); his grandchildren, Travis Williams (Sandra), Stephanie McCaleb (Jonah), Jordan Williams (Andi), Samantha Vescera (Mike) and Seth Lewis; his great grandchildren, Abel and Karina Williams; and his cousins, Nancy Schroeder, Ron Strbenac, Betty Maynard and Janice Carr.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery (800 W Jackson St, Cookeville, TN 38501).
