Jack Monty Briggs Sr.

Jack Monty Briggs Sr., 72, of Palm Bay, Florida, passed away on March 5, 2026. Born on November 10, 1953, in El Paso, Texas, he was the son of Jack and Terri Briggs.

Jack proudly served in the United States Coast Guard. While stationed in Grand Isle, Louisiana, he met Betty, who became the love of his life. They shared a devoted marriage of 50 years. After his military service, he worked for many years as a truck driver, a career in which he took great pride. Known for his strong work ethic and dedication, he spent much of his life on the road before retiring.

Above all, Jack will be remembered for his deep devotion to his family and the life he built through hard work and perseverance. He is survived by his loving wife, Betty; his children, Jack Jr. (Shannon) Briggs, Sandra (her late husband Marcus) Mosely, and step-son Pat Perkins; grandchildren Jessica, Jasmine, BaiLeigh, Tra’, Michael, Myah, Jayden, and Jacob; and great-grandchildren Kaiden, D’Moni, Madeline, Zion, and Bronson.

Jack will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
