Jack Lowery Jr.

Jack Lowery, Jr., age 76, of Canton, Georgia, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2026. Born on March 6, 1950, to the late Jack and Viola Lowery, he spent many years as a postal carrier with the United States Postal Service before retiring.

Jack had a deep love for music and embraced his retirement years with quiet contentment. He took great pride in his classic Camaro, which he purchased new and carefully maintained over the decades, often showing it to others. Known as a creature of habit with a remarkable memory and a steady, dependable nature, he found joy in the simple things and remained true to the people and interests he held dear.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Peggy Ricks. Jack is survived by his daughter, Melinda Lowery, along with cousins and many friends who will remember his dedication, his love of music, and the pride he took in the things he cherished.
