Jack C. Perram

Jack C. Perram March 15, 1928 - March 9, 2026 Bellingham, Washington - Jack was born March 15, 1928, to John "Jack" and Wilma (Carlson) Perram in Ketchikan, Alaska. After graduating from Bellingham High School, Jack entered the auto body repair trade, soon becoming a service manager for several auto dealerships. In 1964, he married Esther Peterson and together they moved to Eastern Washington to work as cattle ranchers and in the logging and timber trade with Boise Cascade. After retirement, they moved back to Bellingham and became snowbirds in Southern California for over thirty years. Jack was preceded in death by his wife, Esther Perram, in 2024. He is survived by his sons, Jack (Yolanda) Perram and Steven (Louise) Perram. He will be laid to rest at 2:00pm on Friday, March 20, at Woodlawn Cemetery in Ferndale.
