He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Beiter and Kate Beiter (DeBach); his former wife Becky Beiter (Hons); his children, Kimberly Witchey and John Raymond Beiter; and his sister Donna Gaito.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy "Nance" Bass; his children, Scott Turner of Berwick, Emily Beiter Flick (Kelsey) of Berwick and Rebecca of Drums; his grandchildren, Josh, Janae, Jace and Ava; his great grandchildren, Lillian and Olivia; and his siblings, Stanley Beiter of Hershey, Bob Beiter (Cindy) of Berwick, Marsha Kacyson of Apex, NC and Sharon McMurtrie (Dave) of Berwick.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 17th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mayo Funeral Home (110 Chestnut St, Berwick, PA 18603).
