She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Edelstein and Sara Edelstein; and her husband Hassan M. Hawwass. She is survived by: her siblings, Jeffrey Edelstein (Margaret) of Saukville and Reva Broemer (Greg) of New Berlin; her siblings' children, Elizabeth Klante (David), Kaela Broemer and Benjamin Edelstein (Kate Wargin); her great-niece Anne Klante; and her great-nephew Samuel Klante.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Immanuel Cemetery.
