She was predeceased by: her parents, James Sturms and Gazella Sturms (Sapos); her husband Timothy E. Cotero; and her siblings, Elizabeth "Pinky" Sasala, Edward McCormick, Clark McCormick and James Sturms.

She is survived by: her son Joseph D. Bonacci Jr. (Chrissy) of Hookstown; her grandson Gino Bonacci; and her sisters, Lynda Abbott (Mike) of Henderson, NV, Gertrude Frantish (Roger) of Buena Vista and Jamie Martin of West Mifflin. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home (221 N 2nd Ave, Elizabeth, PA 15037). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
