Irvin F. “Bill” Biggs, 74, of Moline, Illinois, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House in Bettendorf, Iowa.
Born and raised in the Quad Cities area, Bill lived a full life in Moline, where he was known for his steady presence, quiet strength, and deep loyalty to family and friends. He touched the lives of many through his genuine kindness and the simple, consistent ways he showed he cared.
He leaves behind family and friends who will remember him with great affection and gratitude for the years they shared.
