Irene Judith Rasmussen

The memory of Irene Judith Rasmussen of International Falls, Minnesota, who passed away on March 6, 2026 at the age of 88, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hanson and Winifred Hanson (Lund); her husband Martin "Bud" Rasmussen; her son Timothy Rasmussen; her sisters, Sally Laurent and Izzy Wagner; and her granddaughter Ayrica Harris.

She is survived by: her children, Marty Rasmussen (Gina), Shelley Peterson (Scott), Debbie Kucera (Rocky), Pam Covel (Al) and Penny Harris (Dan); and her grandchildren, Matthew, Charlie, Tyler, Logan (Layla), Katie, Brittany (Tyler), Molly (Maverick), McKenna (Jackson), Morgan (Shane), Ayden and William (Toni). She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church (415 9th Ave, International Falls, MN 56649). A Mass will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
