Irene Garza Luna, 76, of San Juan, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2026, at DHR Hospice in Edinburg.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lino Luna Sr., and her parents, Jose and Olivia Garza.
Mrs. Luna is survived by her children, Isabel (Wayne) Parsons, Idalia (Robert) Gongora, and Ricardo (Jessica) Sanchez; nine grandchildren; and her sister, Rosario Lucio.
She will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother whose quiet strength and love for her family remained at the center of her life.
