Ingeborg E. Klier-Hinkley

Ingeborg E. “Inge” Klier-Hinkley, age 73, died unexpectedly at her home on March 13, 2026. Born on March 10, 1953 in Germany to Franz and Rose (Holcer) Klier, she had lived in this area since 1955.

A graduate of Greece Athena High School, Inge went on to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The Pratt Institute in New York City. She worked in the cafeteria at SUNY Brockport for Bask Co., where her warm personality and genuine interest in others earned her the affection of countless students. She had a lifelong passion for fashion, sewing, and gardening, pursuits that brought her great joy and reflected her creative spirit.

Predeceased by her husband Roger Hinkley and her father Franz Klier, Inge is survived by her mother Rose Caley and many dear friends.
