Inella Zirk ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by McKee Funeral Home of Romney on Mar. 10, 2026.Inella Pearl Zirk, 98, of Romney, WV passed away on Friday, March 6, 2026 at her home.Born on October 9, 1927 in Purgitsville, WV, she was the daughter of the late Lester See and Edna (Stickley) See.Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Zirk and her siblings, Jack, Gerald, Harold, Neil, Vause, and Thurman Sirk, Pauline Zirk and Seatta Wilkins.She is survived by her daughters, Donna Oates (Duane) of Augusta, WV, Joyce Stump of Romney, WV, Wanda Nickleson (Roger) of Romney, WV, 2 grandchildren, Josh Oates and Todd J. Stump and 2 great-grandchildren, Bristol Inella Oates and Jaxon.Inella served as the postmaster at Purgitsville for 40 years. She was a member of the Retired Postmaster Assoc. and the Romney United Methodist Church. She enjoyed gardening and bowling and above all her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.All services will be private and handled by McKee Funeral Home, Romney, WV.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
