She is survived by: her son Dr. James Bowyer (Jim) of Raleigh, NC.. She is also survived by 9 nieces, 8 nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Greenlawn Chapel (2075 E Main St, Spartanburg, SC 29307). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
