Howard Elwood Lukens, Jr., affectionately known as “Luke the Duke,” passed away at the age of 83 on March 13, 2026. Born on January 13, 1943, in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, he was the cherished son of the late Howard Elwood Lukens, Sr. and Barbara Suzanne (Paster) Lukens.
