Honey Mae Seevers, 77, of Zanesville, passed away on March 13, 2026, surrounded by her loving family at Genesis Hospice Morrison House. Born on November 13, 1948, in Zanesville, she was the daughter of the late Ewell A. Wilson and Eva E. Ponchak-Deal, and the late adopted parents Barbara Hanning and Elmer McHenry. She worked as a quality supervisor for Longaberger and found great pleasure in reading, bowling, fishing, and camping. Above all, she cherished time spent with her family, especially her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her four children, Dean (Danielle) Savage of Florida, Dianna (Jason) Burns of Granville, Tonya (Jerry) Billingsley of Missouri, and Sonya (Pete) Phillips of Missouri; ten grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a great-great granddaughter; her sister, Lori (Keith) Janssen; three brothers, Jerry (Michelle) Wilson, Bill (Jenny Williams) Deal, and Troy (Julie) McHenry; a sister-in-law, Pat Wilson; and two brothers-in-law, David (Cheryl) Seevers and Dave Sherfy.
In addition to her parents, Honey was preceded in death by her husband, Jack E. Seevers, who passed away on September 4, 2022; her son, Donald “Chuck” Savage; her sister, Nancy Metcalf; and her brothers, Jim Wilson and Kenny Wilson.
