Hiroko co-owner of J.R. Enright Co. appliance store in Chevy Chase that closed in 2000 and later worked for Harkins Builders, died at her home in Kensington, Maryland on February 24, 2026. Hiroko was born in Osaka, Japan on September 12, 1933 and moved to Kobe, Japan during WWII. Hiroko is predeceased by her parents, Masujiro and Mitsu Fujii, her husband James Enright, Jr., her brothers Keiichi, Toyokazu, and her sisters Teruko and Reiko. Survived by a sister Toshiko, a brother Toshio and several nieces and nephews in Japan. Mother of Edward (Debbie), Linda Nina Motta, Debbie (Ed) Borda, Michael (Jane), Paula (Steve) Gibson, Lisa (Rich) Stafford, Janet (Mark) Gribble, John (Renée), James III (Ellen), Susan, Thomas (Alicia), Stephen (Nikki) and Paul; 28 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. A funeral mass will be held at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 9705 Summit Avenue, Kensington, MD 20895 on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at 12pm. Interment private at Arlington Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Greg Gannon Canned Food Drive or Meals on Wheels of Wheaton. Live Streaming:
