She is survived by: her husband Robert Joseph Smith; her children, Ava of Nashville, Macie of Nashville and Jebediah Smith of Nashville; her parents, Dave Otterloo and Jean Van Otterloo of Broomfield; and her siblings, Sarah Morehead (Mark) of Berthoud, Elizabeth Lutes (Dan) of North Wales, Pennsylvania and Cody Van Otterloo (Mitch Brown). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home (310 North St W, Vidalia, GA 30475). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Liberty Baptist Church (536 Victory Dr, Lyons, GA 30436).
