She is survived by: her sons, Danny Lane Scarboro of Albemarle, NC and Bo Scarboro (Cindy) of Matthews, NC.; and her grandchildren, Machelle Scarboro Dick, Eric Marshall Scarboro, Lauren Scarboro Woods and Zachary Scarboro (Emily). She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Hartsell Funeral Home - Albemarle (522 N 2nd St, Albemarle, NC 28001). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 16th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Lefler Memorial Chapel (522 N 2nd St, Albemarle, NC 28001).
