Retired Chef who worked at the Union League Club downtown Chicago, Ravisloe, Idlewild and Midlothian Country Clubs. Worked 7 years at GE in Ford Heights. Husband for 56 years of Sara nee McKishen. Father of Anjanette "Angie" Sanchez and Heriberto Mercado Sanchez Jr. Grandpa of Javier Miguel (Adrianna) Sanchez, Santiaga "Sonia" (Jason) Saucedo, Myra Concepcion Sanchez and the late Infant Heriberto M Sanchez III. Great Grandpa of Leiland Saucedo. Son of the late Herminia nee Sanchez and Jose Mercado. Brother of Carmen (Domingo) Torres, Maria Luisa Mercado, Wilson (Olga) Mercado, Miriam Mercado, AdelaiIda Mercado, Elba (Wilfredo) Rivera Jr, Lucie (Felix) Hernandez,Doris, Rosa, Milton, Jose Mercadeo, the late Gloria (late Lorenzo) Torres, late Altemio (late Maria) Mercado, Nelson (Carmen) Mercado and Infant Angel Mercado. Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Friend of many. Resting at Panozzo Bros.
