He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Ellis Yarghn and Rose Lee O'Steen Yarghn; and his sisters, Frances Yarghn and Susan Jean Yarghn. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Yarghn; and his children, Henry Yarghn, Jr. (Veronica), Cindy Whittmore (Tommy), Amy Argetsinger (Aaron) and Marla Higdon (Charlie). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Live Oak Church of the Nazarene (915 Church Ave SW, Live Oak, FL 32064). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
