He was predeceased by: his former wife Bobbie Jean McElveen Tuten. He is survived by: his wife Anne Richman Tuten; and his children, Tracy Tuten (Terrie) of Atlanta, Georgia, Matt Tuten of Jacksonville, Florida, Susie Johnston of Jacksonville, Florida, Mike Tuten (Amy) of Oahu, Hawaii and Chris Tuten (Emily) of Jacksonville, Florida. He is also survived by grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 21st 2026 at 3:00 PM at the CrossRoad Church (10005 Gate Pkwy N, Jacksonville, FL 32246).
