She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfons Stracke and Adella Stracke; her brothers, Kenneth, Marvin and Eldon; her husband Donald Sandbothe; and her daughter Theresa.

She is survived by: her children, Donald (Tammy) of Grand Forks, ND, Patrick (Pam) of Isanti, MN, Kimberly Carlson (Harry) of St Michael, MN, Pamela Torbenson (Bill) of Crystal, MN and Beverly Malzac (Greg) of Andover, MN; her grandchildren, Laura Weiner (Chad), Michele Shaw (Ryan), Jeremy Sandbothe (Jennie) and Samantha Malzac; her stepgrandchildren, Tony Skavlem (Sue), Tyler Skavlem, Lindsay Chimbur (Justin), Ian Skavlem, Kaline Sandven Marinello (Tony) and Kyle Sandven (Amy); and her siblings, Marie Wittry of Carroll, IA, Fern Long of Walla Walla, WA, Donald Stracke (Martha) of Perry, IA and James Stracke (Mariana) of Lenexa, VA. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; 10 step great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 19th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph of the Lakes Catholic Church (171 Elm St, Lino Lakes, MN 55014). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, March 19th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
