Henrietta C. Herrera

Henrietta C. Herrera, née Van Ommeren, passed away on March 7, 2026, at the age of 95. Born to the late Anthony and Anna Van Ommeren, she grew up in New Jersey and later made her home in Meadowbrook, Pennsylvania, after many years in Glendora, New Jersey.

She was the beloved mother of Carol Donnelly, Suzanne Hanlon (Michael), Terrance Boesenhofer (Miriam), and Mary Boesenhofer (Joshua Chicovic). Henrietta was the cherished grandmother of Frank, Adam, Conor, Rory, Nacole, John, and the late Kimberly, and the adoring great-grandmother of seven great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her dear sisters, Mary Finuoli and Bernadette Di Menna.

A longtime member of the St. Teresa Altar Rosary Society, Henrietta loved to dance and, above all, treasured the time she spent with her family. Her warmth and devotion left a lasting impression on everyone who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed by all.
