Helen Wallace

Helen Wallace of West Helena, Arkansas, born in Marvell, Arkansas, passed away on March 4, 2026, at the age of 66. She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel Wallace Jr. and Irene Wallace; her brothers, Samuel and Charles Wallace; and her grandparents, Ernease and Benny Mitchner Sr.

She is survived by her daughter, Shanika Pollard; her grandchildren, Kay'Lei Sloan, Devyn Pollard, and Vanity Daughtry; and her siblings, Linda Thomas, Elzie Branch, Linda Wallace, Brenda Wallace, Tyrone Wallace, Eunita Banks, and Kevin Banks. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

Helen will be remembered for the love she held for her family and the quiet strength she showed throughout her life.
