She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Whitaker and Sadie Whitaker (Mines); her former husband Leland Lusk; her husband Robert; her son Lindell Lusk; and her siblings, Gordan Whitaker, Arthur Whitaker, Jr. and Udell Whitaker.

She is survived by: her grandson Garrett Fox; her daughter Sandy Halbert (Shawn); her granddaughter Dani Halbert (Jeremiah); her brother George Whitaker (Janet); her sibling's children, Rhenda Hutchison (Hutch) and Rick Proffer (Nicole); and her pet Jimmy. She is also survived by great-nieces, great-great-nieces, and great-great-nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the DeClue Funeral Home (301 E High St, Potosi, MO 63664). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
