She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dresen and Anna Dresen (Wildenberg); her son Tom Karls; her siblings, Jack Dresen (Alma), Louie Dresen (Lucy), Sally Hornbeck (Al), Kay Lynch and Loretta Goff (Bill); and her siblings-in-law, Roman Karls (Bernie), Herb Karls (Clara), Rosella Stoffels (Bill), Leona Ziegler (Joe) and Mary Ripp (Cyril).

She is survived by: her children, Jane Zwettler (Chuck), Jean Olsen (Jim), Sue Karpinsky (Jim), Sandy Lane (Steve), Joan Lord, Karen Schutz (Doug) and Jim Karls (Cathy); and her daughter-in-law Dawn Karls. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 21st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish at St. Michaels Church (109 S Military Rd, Dane, WI 53529). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish at St. Michael's Church (109 S Military Rd, Dane, WI 53529). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 21st 2026 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the St. Michael Catholic Cemetery South Military (109 S Military Rd, Dane, WI 53529). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 21st 2026 from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish at St. Michaels Church (109 S Military Rd, Dane, WI 53529).
