January 1, 1928— March 12, 2026
Allouez, WI
Helen E. Siegworth, 98, of Allouez, passed away on March 12, 2026. Born on January 1, 1928, she was the first baby of the year in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, to Joseph and Susan (Klein) Gruenke. Helen grew up in a house along the shores of Lake Michigan and graduated from Central High School in Sheboygan in 1946. She worked at H.C. Prange for five years before marrying Roger Siegworth on November 4, 1950, at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church in Sheboygan. The couple later moved to Racine in 1959 and to Green Bay in 1967.
For 45 years, Helen was a dedicated Avon Representative, earning numerous awards for her sales achievements. She found joy in traveling, baking, dancing, playing golf and cards, visiting the family cottages up north, and connecting with friends through her Avon work. Above all, she cherished time spent with her family, especially her granddaughters, who were her pride and joy.
In her later years, Helen remained active as a member of the Broadview YMCA and participated in activities at the ADRC Senior Center. She frequently traveled to Sheboygan to visit family and friends with her daughter Sue, who lovingly served as her primary caregiver.
Helen is survived by her daughter, Sue (Richard) Laurent; sons, Mark (Jill) Siegworth and John (Linda) Siegworth; granddaughters, Haley and Hannah Siegworth; her sister, Germaine Gruenke; special friend Ceil Mondloch; and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger; her parents; and her brothers, Clarence, Joseph, and Roman Gruenke.
