She is survived by: her parents, Chuck Higgins and Rose Higgins (Farnsworth) of Wellsville; her husband Jeff Fluharty; her children, Jocelyn Fluharty of Wellsville, Roseiline Roe (Tyler) of Wellsville and Jeffrey Fluharty of Wellsville; and her grandchildren, Addisyn Boyle, Hudson Reed and Eliana Roe.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Roberts Funeral Home (631 Main St, Wellsville, OH 43968). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
