Heather Carter ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Fohn Funeral Home - Cassville on Mar. 16, 2026.Heather Kay Carter, age 48, of Harrison, Arkansas passed away Sunday, March 15, 2026 at her home.She was born on October 8, 1977 in Monett, Missouri, the daughter of Gilbert and Betty (Hyde) Stubblefield. On September 27, 2003 in Cassville, Missouri she was united in marriage to Christopher Carter, who survives. Also surviving are her mother, Betty Stubblefield of Cassville, Missouri; daughter, Lilly Carter of Harrison, Arkansas and brother, Matthew Stubblefield of Cassville, Missouri.Preceding her in death were her father, Gilbert Stubblefield and brothers, Michael Stubblefield and Alan Stubblefield.Heather grew up and attended school in Cassville, Missouri, graduating from Cassville High School with the Class of 1997. She had made her home in Harrison for the past 23 years, where she devoted herself to her family as a homemaker. Heather loved riding horses and barrel racing, and she enjoyed crocheting and spending time outdoors. Above all, Heather cherished her family and the time they shared together.Memorial services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, March 20, 2026 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
