He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter R. Wiley and Martha Wiley; his brother Larry; and his niece Karen. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Stevens Wiley; his former wife Barbara; his children, Gary Wiley, Joan (John), Wendi, Robert Sr. (Judy Adams) and Jeffrey (Karen Adams); his grandchildren, Maggie, Sadie, Randy, Cassidy, Robert Jr., Ryan (Maria), Brian and Jackie; his niece Kristen; his great-nephews, Tyler and Dylan; and his great-niece Grace. He is also survived by his great grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Swartz-Givnish Funeral Home (323 Washington Ave, Newtown, PA 18940). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
