She was the beloved wife of the late Norman Wesley Pannebaker, Jr., with whom she shared 59 years of devoted marriage prior to his passing in 2018.Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of the late Charles Albert Seibert and Mildred Zelda Cole Seibert.Cookie was a woman of many talents who found great joy in blessing others with her handiwork. Whether through the intricate beauty of her stained glass, the care in her cross-stitch and crochet, her colorful artwork, or the warmth of her home-baked treats, her generosity was felt by all who knew her. She was a longtime member of her church community, where she expressed her love for music by singing in the choir and playing in the handbell ensemble. Above all, Cookie was known for her "listening ear" and her unwavering love for her family. She was also a spirited fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies.She is survived by her son, Wesley Charles Pannebaker and his wife, Dawn; her daughter, Ellen C. Eckman and her husband, David; five grandchildren, Alyssa Tischbein (Andrew), Mallory Gorr (Chase), and Jack, Neil, and Emma Eckman; and four great-grandchildren, James and Sadie Tischbein and Nash and Cooper Gorr.In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her siblings: Ken, Frederick, and Richard Seibert, and Barbara Farnsworth.Service Information:A memorial service will be held on March 24, 2026 at 12:00 noon at the Central Presbyterian Church, 100 W Uwchlan Ave, Downingtown, PA 19335Read The Full ObituaryTo plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
