Though her health had been in decline for several years, she maintained her humor and grateful spirit.Harriet outlived most of her family including her parents, Robert and Maria George of Norfolk, VA. Harriet leaves one brother, Andrew Samuel George of the Outer Banks and and her closest friend and trusted personal assistant, Denise Hall of Moyock. In accordance with Harriet's wishes, she will have a simple, private burial back home in Norfolk.
