He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Scott; his children, Leslie Rae Floyd Couch and Harold Gordon Floyd II; his grandson Brandon Floyd (Justyne); and his siblings-in-law, Robert Scott (Sandra) and Genny Floyd. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and his dog.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Ocala (2801 SE Maricamp Rd, Ocala, FL 34471). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Pine Level Cemetery (4552 Pine Level Cemetery Rd., Oxford, FL 34484).
