Burial will follow at Shady Grove Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs. A time of viewing will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Thursday, March 19, 2026, at the funeral home in Hughes Springs.Mr. Godbolt passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at his home in Cason, surrounded by his loving family.Harold "Dino" Godbolt was a dedicated and devoted husband whose presence will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 38 years, Evelyn Godbolt; his sons, Stevie Neal and Harold Godbolt, Jr.; his grandchild, Emmanuel Cortez Mims; his nephew, Darian Smith; his nieces, Ashley Shelton, Felicia Armstrong, and Gwen Cheatum (Michael); and his sisters-in-law, Tina Johnson (Johnny), Cathy Sturdivant, and Avis Johnson (John).Harold was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Lucille Godbolt; his brother, Clyde Godbolt; his sister, Helen Campbell; and his sister-in-law, Faye Smith.He will be lovingly remembered by his family, friends, grandchild, and community.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
