Louisville, KY
Hannah Elaine Puckett, 30, of Louisville, Kentucky, formerly of Linwood, Kentucky, passed away on March 7, 2026. Born in Louisville on July 22, 1995, to Leigh Ann Puckett, Hannah graduated from Hart County High School in 2013 with a perfect 4.0 GPA. She attended Lindsey Wilson University on an academic and soccer scholarship and later built a career in pharmacy and healthcare.
To know Hannah was to love her. She was the most loyal and devoted friend, known for her kindness, warmth, and brilliant sense of humor. Her radiant smile and quick wit could light up any room and lift anyone’s spirits. Hannah had a generous heart and a deep love for her family, friends, music, the beach, and painting. She was always ready for an adventure or to offer a helping hand. An avid animal lover, she cherished her cats Parker and Penelope, whom she shared with her partner. She remained a faithful fan of University of Kentucky basketball and Alabama football through every season.
She was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandparents, Flora and George Shelton.
Hannah is survived by her partner, Maggie Spiegel of Louisville, Kentucky; her mother, Leigh Ann Puckett of Linwood, Kentucky; her grandparents, Doris and Arlen Puckett of Linwood, Kentucky; her twin sister, Haleigh Meredith (Jerrett) of Evansville, Indiana; her nephew, Chandler Meredith of Evansville, Indiana; her beloved nurse, Andrea Smith-Burdette of New Albany, Indiana; and many other loving family members and friends. She was cremated, and a private celebration of life will be held at a later date for close friends and family.
