Born on January 10, 1966, in Lima, Peru, Guillermo was the beloved son of Carmen Elias Calero and Cila Trujillo Pre. Raised with strong values of faith, dedication, and family, he carried those principles with him throughout his life.

Guillermo was a loving and devoted husband to Bertha Y. Martinez Mandujano. Their marriage was a testament to enduring love, partnership, and unwavering support. He was also a proud and devoted father to his cherished daughter, Jazmin G. Elias Martinez, who was the light of his life.
