Gregory Peter "Hoser" Borowick

Gregory Peter Borowick, affectionately known as “Hoser,” was born on January 12, 1951, and passed away on March 6, 2026, at the age of 75 following a seven-month battle with pancreatic cancer.

Preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Marcella Borowick, and his siblings Louis “Scott,” Pat, Tom, and Bob, Gregory is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Terri Borowick, his son Jim (Megan), and his grandsons Liam and Asher. He is also survived by his brother Kevin (Susan), sisters-in-law Lorraine and Pam, and many nieces and nephews.

Gregory spent his career in the printing industry at Deluxe and Medical Arts Press. An avid outdoorsman, he found great joy in fishing, hunting, trap, clays, and skeet shooting. He bowled weekly for many years, took pride in his handyman skills, and loved gardening, especially growing vegetables and coaxing lilies to bloom despite the deer. At home, he was an excellent cook and grill master who was always eager to try new recipes.

He will be remembered fondly by his family for his warmth, skill, and quiet enthusiasm for the things and people he loved.
