Gregory A. ORDIWAY

Gregory A. Ordiway, 41, of Genesee, Pennsylvania, formerly of Wellsville and Andover, New York, passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2026, in Washington, Pennsylvania.

Born on October 26, 1984, in Wellsville, he was the son of Gordon Ordiway and Wendy Clark Bartow. Greg worked for M&A Resources, where he had recently been promoted to operator. He found joy in listening to his music, riding his Harley, and embracing the camaraderie of his “Roughneck Life” with his crew. Above all, he was deeply passionate about his family.

He is survived by his fiancée, Danette Wright of Genesee; his children, Kaidan Michael Smith of Elmira, Hanna Grace Deming of Wellsville, and Raegan and Kennedy Ordiway, both of Genesee; Danette’s daughter, Kiara Greenman of Scio; his grandson, Hudson Lee Smith; his mother, Wendy (John) Bartow of Andover; his father, Gordon (Jill) Ordiway of Belmont; his sister, Ashley Ordiway of Almond; his brother, Gordon (Amanda) Ordiway of Bolivar; two step-brothers, Ryan (Johnie) Ralyea and Cory (Kathy) Ralyea, both of Angelica; his paternal grandmother, Glenda Ordiway of Andover; his maternal grandparents, Ted and Sally Clark of Richburg; and step-grandparents, James (Susan) Rosenburger of Belmont, along with many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Wayne Ordiway; paternal grandmother, Sharon Smith; and two uncles.
