Greg Callahan

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Greg Callahan of Chatsworth, Georgia, who passed away on March 7, 2026, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Callahan; his brother Rickey Callahan; his grandparents, Freeman, Susie Callahan, Albert and Charm Johnson; and his father-in-law Lloyd "Ebb" McBee.

He is survived by: his wife Kathy McBee Callahan of Chatsworth; his children, Kasha (Nathaniel Johnson), Cameron Callahan of Chatsworth and Brandon (Renee Bowen); his father Billy Joe Callahan (Ellen) of Chatsworth; his siblings, Billy (Becky Callahan), Terry (Kim Callahan), Jackie Callahan of Chatsworth, Orville (Jodi Stuckey), Denise Hayes of Chatsworth and Sherry (David Baggett); his grandchildren, Keira Callahan, Deklen Johnson, Luke Bowen and Paisley Bowen; and his parents-in-law, Spud and Betty Bingham. He is also survived by many extended family members and special friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Peeples Funeral Home and Crematory (208 S 3rd Ave, Chatsworth, GA 30705). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Peeples Funeral Home (208 S 3rd Ave, Chatsworth, GA 30705).
