Grady Joe Carson, age 68, of Jonesville, passed away at his home on Saturday, March 14, 2026.
Born on January 3, 1958, in Colleton, South Carolina, Grady was the son of the late Grady James Carson and Carol Frances Owens Carson. A graduate of Dorman High School, he worked as assistant manager of Robinson Hardware in Jonesville and previously at Milliken & Co.
He is survived by his sisters, Carol Robertson and her boyfriend Randy of Boiling Springs, Debra Dill and her husband Danny of Boiling Springs, and Norma Ivey of Gaffney; his special friend, Joe Robinson of Jonesville; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers, William Blake Carson and Wayne Carson.
Grady will be remembered as a devoted brother, loyal friend, and steadfast presence in the lives of those who knew him.
