Grace Morrell

Grace Frances Morrell passed away peacefully on March 8, 2026. She was born November 21, 1933 in Saginaw, MI to Anthony and Florence Zoromski.

She worked as a machinist for Eaton Manufacturing for 22 years before retiring. Grace enjoyed traveling, especially northern Michigan to places like Mackinaw City. She had a kind heart toward all who knew her.

Grace is survived by her children Sherri Yearta, Jody Morrell, Jamie Morrell; siblings Gerald (Gloria) Zoromski and Tom (Altie) Zoromski, and sister-in-law, Peggy Zoromski; as well as a special person and mother of her granddaughter, Tina Silva; granddaughter, Spirit Rae (Mark); great granddaughter, Emery and a loving anticipated baby boy on the way; two very special friends and caregivers, Laura and Connie; and many nieces, nephews, and friends who will carry on her memory.

Alongside her parents, she is preceded in death by two of her children, Kim Morrell and infant daughter, Lori Morrell; and her brother Robert Zoromski.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Avista Nursing Home for the care and kindness given to Grace.

In keeping with Grace's wishes, cremation has taken place. There are no services planned at this time.
